To use the FitSheet training plan, you need access to the Internet and a device such as a computer, phone, or tablet, as well as access to your Google account, as it allows you to access the spreadsheet. 

Of course. We’ve described how to do this in the user manual in section 7 titled Exercise Database. 

Yes — in the FitSheet training planner, you have a space to enter the weights value for a given exercise, the number of repetitions, and even the length of the rest time you plan after completing this exercise.  

Sure. The FitSheet workout planner is available from your phone. Unfortunately, not all features are available from the phone. These are the features available from the Options menu. For example, generating a workout or saving it in the history is only available from a computer. This is due to reasons beyond our control — due to limitations of the mobile interface of Google Sheets. 

First, after following the link received after purchase, you need to click File > Make a copy. Then, you just need to have access to your Google Drive cloud from your phone. It’s also good to have the Sheets app from the Google suite installed. We recommend using your phone mainly during the actual workout — to check off completed exercises and control the entire workout.  

In the FitSheet workout planner, you can add up to 7 different workout routines — even for each day of the week. 

This is unlikely — most training plans include 3–4 different workout routines. However, if you do need more than 7 workout routine, we recommend making a copy of the spreadsheet and working on 2 separate files. With this solution, you can actually have an unlimited number of workouts. 

Yes, currently in English. There may also be support for other languages in the future. However, using exercise names in other languages also means that the entire interface will be in a different language. If you want this, simply use the link to the sheet in your chosen language. 

If you have already generated a workout, go to its tab, e.g. T1. After using the Hide/show details option, information about the muscles involved in the exercise will be displayed. If you don’t have a ready training plan yet, you can view this information on the E_DB tab. It is hidden by default. More information can be found in the user manual. 

The calendar function in the FitSheet training planner is available on the Calendar tab. If the days you want to schedule the training on are not there, use the Add new days option. Mark an x on the selected day. The date of the next training routine will appear in the relevant field on the tab for the specific training routine (e.g. T1). Details can be found in the user manual.

1. Refer to the information on the website of the spreadsheet.  
2. Refer to the user manual. 
3. Watch instructional videos on the YouTube channel.
